We believe in honest planning over impossible promises. This is the path Yorokobi Studio intends to walk — phase by phase, without fixed dates, allowing each step the time it truly needs.

Prototype
Short experimental projects, UI tests, a sustainable writing workflow, and mood validation — learning what a Yorokobi Studio scene should feel like.

First Public Release
A small, free visual novel project released for feedback — modest in scope, sincere in feeling, and made to be shared rather than sold.

Long-Term Project
A larger emotional visual novel, developed with patience and care, drawing on everything the earlier phases taught us. The work we are quietly aiming for.
Future
Patience is part of the craft.
We would rather move slowly and arrive somewhere honest than rush toward something hollow. Development notes for each phase are published as we go.
